General Shipping Policy
I AM Bowling™ ships worldwide using multiple shipping carriers for both domestic and international orders. For orders shipped within the continental United States, we offer a free shipping option for orders over $150 after discounts and applied coupons.
Domestic Shipping
We use USPS and FedEx for domestic shipping. Shipping times are separate from production times and begin once an order has been shipped. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, I AM Bowling™ is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays. However, if a guaranteed service was purchased (when available), we will work on your behalf to request reimbursement or discounts for any service failures.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery timelines or the ability to modify the shipping address.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping services to most countries, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, and U.S. territories. Orders are shipped via International Priority Mail or FedEx International services.
Shipping times for international orders are separate from production times. The declared order value for customs will be the actual amount paid for the order items, excluding shipping costs. I AM Bowling™ is not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or tariffs imposed by the destination country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination address.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders over $150 shipped within the continental U.S. qualify for free shipping. I AM Bowling™ selects the most cost-effective carrier for these shipments, with a target delivery time of 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.
Orders Containing Items with Different Production Times
For orders containing items with varied production times, shipping will be handled as follows:
- Standard Production Orders: The entire order will be shipped based on the longest standard production time of the items included.
- Rush Production Orders: Items with rush production will be shipped separately based on their rush timeline. Paying for rush production on one item does not apply rush production to all items within the order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
General Return Policy
Most items purchased from iambowling.com are custom-manufactured specifically for each order. As a result, we maintain a strict return policy with the following conditions:
- Return approvals are valid for 30 days from the date of approval. Approved items must be received no later than 45 days from approval.
- Personalized items are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
- Non-personalized items may be eligible for return. A return request must be submitted through your I AM Bowling™ account. Once approved, you may return the item(s) at your own expense to the designated return address.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for store credit.
- Refunds and exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.
- Returns are only accepted for the following product categories:Accessories, skirts, and masks are non-returnable.
- Bowling jerseys
- Bowling t-shirts
- Bowling outerwear
- Bowling balls
- Accessories, skirts, and masks are non-returnable
BILLING AND SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRO SHOP ITEMS
For all items in the "Pro Shop" category, the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be accepted for these products.

FedEx Ground transit times vary based on destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. I AM Bowling™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.
