These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our website iambowling.com (the “Website”) works and what you agree to when you place an order. The Website is operated by Logo Infusion, Inc., doing business as I AM Bowling™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Website, placing an order, or interacting with us in any way, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
By using our Website or placing an order, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns Policy. These policies are part of these Terms and explain how we handle your information, shipping, and returns.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will communicate this change to you via email and the updated version will be posted here. Once these conditions have been met, any changes will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the Website after an update, you agree to the new version.
1. Promotions
We offer two types of promotions: Automatic Promotions and Coupon Codes.
Automatic Promotions are discounts that apply automatically in your cart when you qualify. They are not shown on product pages but are applied at checkout if you meet the requirements. Automatic Promotions are only valid at the time of purchase. We cannot change or adjust an order after it has been placed to make it qualify. In most cases, all currently running automatic promotions can be redeemed simultaneously. In the case that two or more automatic promotions conflict, the promotion with the greatest value will apply and the other(s) will be paused during that promotion.
Coupon Codes are entered in the “Coupon Code” field during checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Coupon Codes cannot be added or changed after your order is placed. All members of our National Staffer Team and Future Star Program have personal coupon codes and receive compensation when their codes are used.
Promotions may not apply to all products or categories. Any limits will be explained in the specific terms of each promotion and in the marketing materials that advertise it.
Promotions cannot be used on past orders, exchanged for cash, or combined in ways that are not specifically allowed. We may modify or end promotions at any time without notice.
2. Product Information
All prices on the Website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you are paying with a non-U.S. bank account or credit card, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency at their exchange rate. Your bank or payment provider may also charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions.
Because of the way our products are made, and the dye-sublimation process we use, small differences in color may occur. This process uses very high heat (around 400°F), and minor differences in equipment or conditions can cause changes in shade or brightness.
Colors in product pictures may also appear differently depending on the device you use to view them. Factors such as screen resolution, brightness settings, screen type, and individual device calibration can all affect how colors look. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will exactly match the product you receive.
We do our best to keep all product information as accurate as possible, but mistakes may sometimes happen. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Production Policy
All products are made-to-order unless they are marked as READY-2-SHIP. All READY-2-SHIP items, except for National Staffer & Future Star business cards, are sold as is and cannot be altered or customized in any way.
Production for all orders begins immediately once they are placed. The only exception is when an order is submitted on a weekend or national holiday, in which case production will begin on the next business day.
Orders are produced in the order they are received. Standard Production time is currently 28 calendar days, but this can change at any time depending on our production capacity. Rush Production fees can be paid to shorten the production timeline to 5, 7, 10, or 14 days, depending on the product and the option selected.
Production time only covers the time it takes to make and package your product. Shipping time is separate. Please plan ahead and allow enough time for both production and shipping to make sure your order arrives when you need it. Shipping timelines are based on estimates from the carrier you choose at checkout, and we cannot control or guarantee their delivery schedules.
If your order includes both READY-2-SHIP and made-to-order products, the order may be delayed since we usually ship everything together. We do not split or partially ship orders unless Rush Production is involved. If your order includes both Rush Production and Standard Production items, the Rush items will ship separately, according to the chosen timeline. Rush Production only applies to the products on which you select and pay for it. Choosing Rush Production for one item will not make Standard Production items in your order get processed or shipped faster.
All personal or pro shop logos for Build Your Own jerseys must be provided in vector format (ai, .eps, or .svg). If you do not have vector artwork, we can convert it for a fee of $25 per logo. Orders that do not include logos in the proper format will be placed on hold until we receive the correct files or receive permission to complete the conversion. Once the proper files are made available to us, the hold will be lifted, and production will continue according to the timeline you selected.
If you order a Build Your Own jersey with PBA or PWBA logos, it will automatically be submitted to the PBA or PWBA for approval before production. Additionally, some logo combinations and placements are not supported by the PBA or PWBA, and any such restrictions will be noted next to the logo option. If you choose an invalid logo combination or placement anyway, we will contact you to adjust the design so that it remains compliant while staying as close as possible to what you requested.
For Signature or Build Your Own jerseys, all names are copied and pasted directly onto our jersey template exactly as they are typed. The only exception is if you choose a script font and type your name in all capital letters. In that case, we will adjust the name to standard capitalization. You are responsible for spelling your name correctly. If your name is misspelled due to your own error, you are not entitled to a refund or free replacement.
Some fonts available through our standard retail offerings do not support special characters, such as non-standard Latin letters (A-Z), numbers, emoticons, or symbols. If you include a character that is not supported, it will be removed by default. If you would like to proceed with including unsupported characters, it will be treated as custom artwork.
Logos and names added to stock jerseys will follow the color scheme we decide. Requests for color changes to logos, names, or the stock designs themselves are considered custom artwork. Requests for fonts, logos, flags, icons, and other additions not available through our standard retail offerings are also considered custom artwork. All custom artwork must be handled through our offline sales department. Additional fees will apply for such requests.
Artwork approvals and digital mockups are only provided for custom orders. They are not available for retail products purchased through the Website.
All logos on apparel items are scaled proportionally to match the size of the garment by default. For example, an I AM Bowling ™ logo on an extra-large shirt would be larger than the same logo on an extra-small shirt. The only exception is PBA and PWBA logos on Build Your Own jerseys, which must remain fixed in size to comply with PBA and PWBA rules.
If you add notes or instructions to your order, we will review them, but we may disregard them if they are unreasonable, impractical, or outside the scope of what is included in the product you purchased. If you request something that goes beyond what is normally included in a product and it is something we can reasonably accommodate, additional charges will apply if you would like to proceed with the request. However, these kinds of requests must be made officially through our offline sales department. If they are not, your order will be produced according to what was purchased.
If you request something for a jersey and the final product is made exactly as requested but you are still not happy with the result, you are not entitled to a refund or free replacement.
Some products, such as jackets, t-shirts, hoodies, and shammies, are decorated by us but not manufactured in-house. We do not keep inventory on hand due to variable demand, so garments are ordered from suppliers as customers place their orders. Availability can change at any time, and the style, color, or size you select may be out of stock when your order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you with alternative options. You may then choose one of the available alternatives or request a refund for that portion of your order.
4. Custom Artwork Policy
Requests for color changes to stock designs, logos, or fonts are considered custom artwork. Requests for fonts, unsupported font characters, logos, flags, icons, and other additions not available through our standard retail offerings are also considered custom artwork.
We cannot make products with copyrighted or trademarked material unless you can provide verifiable, written proof from the rights holder that you have permission to use it. We also will not create items that are close replicas of, or that closely resemble, copyrighted or trademarked material in any way.
Choosing Rush Production for a custom order requires you to approve artwork quickly. If artwork approval is delayed, your order will be placed on hold until we receive it. Once artwork is approved, the hold will be lifted, and production will continue according to the timeline you selected.
All custom artwork must be provided in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .svg). If you do not have vector artwork, we can convert it for a fee of $25 per piece of artwork. Orders that do not include artwork in the proper format will be placed on hold until we receive the correct files or receive permission to complete the conversion. Once the proper files are made available to us, the hold will be lifted, and production will continue according to the timeline you selected.
5. Bowling Ball Purchases
When purchasing items in the “Pro Shop” category, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders that do not meet this criterion will be immediately cancelled due to fraud concerns.
You can add Drilling Insurance for $4.99 to cover cracks that happen during drilling. To qualify:
- The ball must be bought from iambowling.com;
- It must be drilled by a licensed pro shop within 30 days of purchase; and
- You must return the damaged ball to us along with the drilling receipt.
If the original ball is not available, we may replace it with the latest model from the same brand and line. Drilling Insurance is available only in the U.S. and its territories.
You can also buy Double Warranty Coverage for $4.99. This doubles the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1-2 years) to up to 4 years. To qualify:
- The ball must be bought from iambowling.com;
- The claim must be made before the extended warranty ends; and
- The ball must be returned to us for inspection.
This covers only manufacturer defects, not normal wear, damage from bowling centers, or other outside causes. Double Warranty Coverage is available only in the U.S. and its territories.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are final and cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it as changes cannot be made after the fact.
7. Customer Reviews
We allow customers to leave reviews on our Website. We reserve the right to not post or to remove reviews at our discretion if they:
- Contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
- Are unrelated to the product being reviewed
- Mention products or services that are not sold by us
- Include personal information (such as names, phone numbers, or addresses)
- Promote other businesses, services, or websites
- Contain spam, repeated content, or unrelated links
- Make claims that are false, misleading, or violate laws or regulations
- Contain complaints about issues outside of our control, such as problems with shipping, delivery, or customs once the order has left our possession
- Contain complaints about problems that were the result of customer error, such as choosing the incorrect size, selecting the wrong product option, or providing a misspelled name for a jersey
Reviews are intended to help other customers make informed decisions, and we may decline to post any review that does not meet these standards.
8. Fraud Prevention
We may cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent, with or without contacting you first. If your order is cancelled because of fraud concerns, we are not required to fulfill it. All applicable refunds will be issued accordingly.
9. Communications
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive emails from us about your order, including confirmations and shipping updates. Any artwork or files you send us (through email, the Website, or other means) will be treated as part of your order and subject to these Terms.
10. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are covered by separate agreements. Website promotions do not apply to wholesale orders unless specifically stated.
11. Legal Rights and Limitations
All content on the Website, including designs, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Logo Infusion, Inc. You may not use it without permission. Any artwork you provide for custom orders is subject to the Custom Artwork Policy.
We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages, such as lost income or data. If we are found responsible for an issue with your order, our liability will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make any promises beyond what is specifically stated, including implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
If part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will still apply. If we choose not to enforce a part of these Terms, it does not mean we give up our right to enforce it later.
