By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy, which is part of our Terms & Conditions. Please also read the Terms & Conditions to see all policies regarding using our site and placing an order.
1. General Shipping Policies
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse, located in Las Vegas, NV in the United States.
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for delays or added costs from customs. Delivery dates are only estimates and should not be taken as guarantees.
Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, responsibility for it transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility.
We use a variety of carriers, including USPS and FedEx for domestic orders and International Priority Mail or FedEx International services for international orders.
Shipping time is separate from production time and begins only once your order has shipped. To estimate when your order will arrive, please add your selected production time to your chosen shipping method.
If you purchased a guaranteed service (when available), we will work on your behalf to request reimbursement or a discount if the carrier fails to meet their service commitment.
We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been handed to the carrier.
2. Domestic Shipping Policies
Orders shipped within the continental United States may qualify for free shipping. Orders over $150 (after discounts and coupons) will ship free using the most cost-effective carrier chosen by I AM Bowling™, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days once shipped.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping and may have higher shipping costs.
3. International Shipping Policies
We ship to most countries worldwide. The declared value for customs will be the amount you paid for your items, excluding shipping. You are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or tariffs charged by your country.
Orders shipped to international locations also do not qualify for free shipping and may have higher shipping costs.
4. Transit Times
FedEx Ground and other carrier transit times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. I AM Bowling™ is not responsible for delays once the package has been dispatched.
5. Orders with Different Production Times
If your order includes items with different production times, shipping will be handled as follows:
- Standard Production Orders: The entire order will be shipped together once the item with the longest production time is complete.
- Rush Production Orders: Items with Rush Production will ship separately according to their rush timeline. Paying for Rush Production on one item does not apply it to all items in the order.
- READY-2-SHIP Items: READY-2-SHIP products are fulfilled directly from warehouse inventory and will leave our facility within 2 business days of the order being placed. If READY-2-SHIP items are combined with made-to-order products, the order will be shipped together based on the longest production time.
6. Returns
Most items purchased from iambowling.com are custom-made for each order and, in most cases, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Refunds or replacements for custom items will only be provided if the product has a defect or error that is the result of our mistake.
We do not offer refunds or free replacements for issues caused by customer error. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return with the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted through your iambowling.com account.
- If approved, the item must be returned at your expense within 30 days of approval and received by us no later than 45 days after approval.
- Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify.
- Returned items must be from one of the following product categories to qualify: READY-2-SHIP jerseys, Express jerseys, tees, hoodies, jackets, and bowling balls. Accessories, skirts, and masks are not returnable.
- All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Credit card refunds and exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or design, a new order will need to be placed.
